Return and exchange policy
- Returns: A refund can be issued within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided that the original packaging and the game are intact, with the customer bearing the shipping costs.
- Replacement : The product can be replaced within 48 hours of receiving the order, provided that the original packaging and the game are intact, with the customer bearing the shipping costs.
Special games:
- Inflatable toys, batteries, and costumes : cannot be returned or exchanged after being tried on.
Orders via "Tamara" :
- In case of cancellation or refund for any order placed through "Tamara", a 10% fee will be deducted from the order value, in accordance with "Tamara's" policy.
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours of the invoice date.
- Products paid for through the Tamara system cannot be exchanged.
